Irish Funds in Kilkenny: Continued Collaboration to Enhance and Develop Opportunities in South-East Region
Wednesday, 16 October 2024
Irish Funds Members Council were in Kilkenny yesterday visiting our local leaders to continue our work together developing and enhancing industry educational and career opportunities in the South-East.
With nearly half of all people employed in the funds and asset management industry now living outside of Dublin, it is testament to the continued work and collaboration between business, education and government to create opportunity and positively impact people's lives throughout Ireland.
Irish Funds were joined by our local stakeholders from across government, education and business later on at the State Street offices in Kilkenny. This event celebrated the Irish funds and asset management industry’s continued regional development and strong links with the South-East region. We were delighted to be joined by John McGuinness TD, Mayor Andrew McGuinness, Seán Ó hArgáin, Peter Cleere from Kilkenny County Council and all our partners from South East Technological University, IDA Ireland and IOB.
We look forward to continuing our work together to create a thriving industry that benefits all regions.
