Financial Services Ireland Director Patricia Callan Appointed as Chair of Steering Group for Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter

The Minister of State in the Department of Finance announced the appointment of Financial Services Ireland director Patricia Callan as chairperson of the steering group for Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter.

Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter means that for the first time ever, financial services companies, supported by the Government, have come together to ensure increased participation of women at all levels of their businesses.

Launched in April of 2022, and supported by the Government, Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter underpins the industry’s ambition to see increased participation of women at all levels, including junior, middle and senior management, leadership and board roles within financial services organisations based in Ireland.
