The Central Bank of Ireland issued their Cross Industry Guidance on Operational Resilience (CP 140) in December 2021. The Central Bank’s expectation is that firms evidence actions/plans to apply the Guidance at the latest within two years (December 2023). As such, Irish Funds and KPMG are hosting a joint event to discuss the implementation of the Central Bank’s Guidance as it pertains to the funds industry in Ireland.
There will be a panel discussion to provide insights around the areas of focus and challenge relating to the implementation of the Guidance, and this will provide perspectives from ManCos, administrators, legal and advisory. An audience Q&A will follow the panel discussion.
Capacity is strictly limited to 70 people, and as such registration is strictly limited to one person per firm.
